"...Hecklinger Pond [is] to be temporarily drained and eventually restored to its existing water level. Native aquatic vegetation will be planted while the pond is drained and fish will be added after it is back to its existing water level."
This occurred in 2007 as part of the Toledo Waterways Initiative.
