Tarang Society is nearly 25-30 years old building in Dombivli. People of all casts are staying here happily since then. This Building is also known for the Gajanan Maharaj Prakat Din Utsav which is celebrated every year in the Gajanan Maharaj Temple located in Society's compound. Mr. Subhash Patil is a Chairman of this society. Mr.Karle, Mr. Kokamthankar, Mr.Oak, Mr.Pandit Patil, Mr.Joshi, Mr.Thosar, Mr.Thakur, Mr.Wani, Mr.Talekar, Me.Karale, Mr.Jahagirdar are very old and well known families in this society.

Tarang is one of the great Cultural societies in the area. Tarang Society is mostly known because of Gajanan Maharaj Temple in building. People from this society celebrate all festivals. Youngsters from this society are good in studies and games. Priya Patil is one of the girls from this society who plays basketball at National Level. Just behind this society there is one sports club. Most of the youngsters from this society play and learn diferent games there like Basketball, Kho-Kho etc. It's known as Agradney Vyayam Shala.

Young generation in this society is well educated and on good positions in reputed companies. Padmanabh Jahagirdar is one of the guys from this society who studied in US and now he is plannig to settle down over there. Sandeep Patil is also working in one of the well known Software company in India. Sachin Karle is also working for one of the well known Advertising agencies in India. Vijay Patil is working in a reputed software company in India and presently on an assignment in Canada.

Girls from Thosar family are well Educated. Nowadays they are educating others in schools.

All people in this society are very Co-Operative and Active.

Most of the Sr. Citizens from this society spend their time at "VIRANGULA KATTA" near Famous Ganesh Mandir, in Dombivli East.

Try to visit this society during Gajanan Maharaj Prakat Din you will get "ZUNKA-BHAKAR" as prasad. It was very favourite dish of Gajanan Maharaj. So on this day the residents here distribute "ZUNKA - BHAKAR " as prasad. You can get more information regarding this from any of the Committee members.
