Bigelow Highlands is a neighborhood in north-east Olympia, Wa. The neighborhood was originally called "Workingman's Hill". It is mostly residential, with a small business district which runs mainly along 4th Ave E. and State Ave NE. It contains two parks: Bigelow Park, located at the west end of Bigelow Ave NE; and a dog park located on Yew Street. The borders are Puget Street to the west, Yew Ave NE to the north, Fir Street NE to the east, and 4th Ave E to the south.
