Val-Dieu Abbey is a former Cistercian monastery in the Berwinne Valley near Aubel in the Pays de Herve, in the Province of Liège. The monastery is situated on the banks of the river and spreads over the two slopes of the neighbouring hills.
The abbey houses an elegant Gothic church, a cafetaria offering rregional produce and a small brewery where three varieties of Val Dieu beer are made.
