The vast domain of Watersley is the seat of Saint-Paul's Abbey, consisting of numerous buildings in a green setting. The first building was a country-house built in 1752 by Mr. and Mrs. Loyens-Delhougne.

After 1876 the property housed religious communities chased from Germany. A major overhaul took place in 1897 and a neogothic chapel was added. A boarding school was added in 1959.

The new owners intend to convert the place into a Sport & Talent Park, a mixture of sports facilities and educational institutions.
