Raisar Fort is a antique fort in this area. It is about 55 Kms from Jaipur and 65 kms from Alwar. It is located on National Highway No 11A (Dausa - Manoharpur). This fort is situated on the top of the hill adjacent to the town. Presently it is in crital condition of construction. Some of the ramparts and bastons have been collapsed. Pre-independence it was under governing control of erstwhile rulers of Dhundhar state (Maharaja of Jaipur). It as was a major part of defence strategy of Jaipur principality being adjacent to Alwar state. It used to play a key role in security of the area. it is an average construction. There is a shrine of Bhomiyaji in the complex. It may be a supporting hold for tourism development in this area. This is the duty of the locals that valuable historial assest be preserved.
