  • Rajuk plays bluff games at the expense of the public. For one flat, there will be ten applications. They will keep the earnest money and earn high interest for years. The people have to go through immense trouble to get back their deposits on failing to get a flat. Even if someone is lucky to win a so called lottery, what assurance is of the quality of houses? When shall they get it? Just look, the Purbachal plot owners have yet to get their land in ten years even after clearing all dues. How long does a man live? Many meanwhile are dead, and others are in their 60s and 70s. This is heartless and sinister but who dares to question the omnipotent? Silly me, why am I at all writing?

We, allottees want to know when it will start piling again? Those who fallaied to pay 1st installment, what will they do? For govt. servant allottees they should be given chance to pay installments as per govt. rules & regulations (120 installments).
