Elevated Terrain (BEST FOR CYCLING!!) (Firozpur)

Its an elevated man made terrain located East to Ferozepur Cantt, barely 1 KM away. The terrain has an adventurous stretch of cemented road which curls arround and upon the irregular terrain.It enables the youngsters to experience the adventure of Biking on these torturous roads. It can also be used for the purpose of learnign tracking lessons .
The terrain was constructed by Britishers for the purpose of giving training to the drivers of military trucks.The roads are still in a good condition.
Sometimes this terrain is being also use by the INDIAN ARMY for the purpose of training and and routine exercice.
Its a good experience all together in the sleepy city of ferozpur!!

  • Ya, i remember this place very well.... When I was in 8th or 9th std, I used to come here with my friends Giri & Deepak for cycling, and once I was sitting behind my elder bro's cycle, and just when he was coming down from the hillock, I jumped and bruised my all-over....
