Named for Congressman Eugene Siler, Sr., Siler Hall was opened in 1985 to house 100 male students on two floors. The Hall's two-story center section contains a lobby, lounge and study area. The dormitory rooms, accommodating two male students each, are on each side of the hallways that extend from the center section. Common shower and toilet facilities are provided on each hallway.
