  Hi i'm abhi..i live in A type buildig at Q.no A 289.near ongc hospital..it's a great place 2 spnd times in colony with frnds. Aftr tution we (my frnds) always like 2 eat garm samosaa...and spnd time in the minishoping..

  Hi I used to live in ONGC colony from 1961-1980 during my childhood. after 1980 i couldn't come to sibsagar. but i often keep browsing for this place on internet to see the current state. I studied in ONGC KV and lived in B-12; probably that house is no more there.
