Building housing Jefferson County Health Department and other offices. This site also was the birthplace and boyhood home of Edwin Stanton, Secretary of War under Abraham Lincoln. The six story, 80,000 sq. ft. building, designed by Cleveland architects Dreger Kosel Associates, was constructed in 1976 as headquarters for the former Ohio Valley Savings & Loan
