The Manitou Hydroelectric Plant, a historic hydroelectric generating station.
Built in 1905 by the Pikes Peak Hydro-Electric Company. It has been owned by the city of Colorado Springs since 1925.

The Manitou Incline was originally built to haul material and equipment used to build the penstock for the plant.
