  • very hot property, good location and not many plots available in this area.
  • Though upcoming but with poor connectivity. So many big projects inthe pipeline but no one is taking initiatives to get the infrastructure build up. Hope PMC wakes up on time.
  • Its a good place and no pollution etc. The road needs to be widened. The market price is around 19000-20000 per sq ft. Good buy.

  • Had recently moved in dhanori area and found it better than much hyped wagholi - high price, far away and so much traffic with no amenities. if anyone has any plots in bhandari greens than plz call @ 09479554402. Though the broakers have spoilt the mkt with fictious prices but none has comeup with real deal. The price quoted is around 3000 per sq ft.
  • Today there is demand and no supply in this society. A very good place. Price quote by one broker is rs 4000 per sq ft. Will reach rs 5000 by jan 2015. There is no other gated community here in this place and that's why there is huge demand and no supply. Mainly I want to invest in land due to nearby school and office.
