  • This was the main bldg in lourdes colony. First started off when the boyz used to hang out at Marks Place. AND LATER it continued with Sheldon Pereira (ponchi) where in he used to also allow his pals to hangout at his place(the Gallery and they used to blow (Bajao) Music and Have a blast in the evenings.They used to call Flat no 1...DA PUB Bonanza had alotta parties on its old terrace,,...Christmas time and birthdays was Partytime or it was a place where Sheldon Cleo Clyde used to just sit on the tank and watch the stars.......gone are those days BAD NEWS IS THE OLD BONANZA DOESNT EXIST ANY MORE.....cuz the boyz of the bldg Sheldon Cleo Clyde Mark ....they aint there no more.....Poor Clarens on his own man.... VIVA OLD BONANZA!!! AND LETS GET THE GUD OL DAYS BACK
  • WHEN WE MEAN CLEO CLYDE SHELDON AND MARK AINT THERE NO MORE......IT MEANS THEY ARE ALIVE N KICKIN BUT THEY ARE ABROAD.
  • Artemesia,Kenneth,Cynthia,Leo,Tony,Gracie,Leo,Stella,Michael,Phila, Cleo Clyde Claren Sheldon Mark Malcolm Melissa Marigolde Charmaine Sandra were all the original settlers of this bldg,
  • Little Bonanza at that time was a building surrounded with a garden of fruits, (cocunuts, guava's, bora's, chickoo, mangoes, custard apples, cherries, jams, jambuls), & flowers. The best looking building at that time and now.
