One of the older suburban neighborhoods, Town and Country has many homes dating from the 1950's and 1960's. It features a large man-made lake towards the center which occasionally sees visiting wildlife from the nearby swamp at Bethabara. It is also bordered by a small sheep and horse farm to the north, along Valley Road.
