The MK Ferguson Plaza began as a United States Post Office in 1930. Two New Deal murals by artist Jack J. Greitzer adorn the historic lobby walls depicting the history of mail transportation, from foot carriers to the pony express to air mail.
In 1989, the building was renovated for MK Ferguson, an engineering and construction firm, and renamed MK Ferguson Plaza. MK Ferguson has since downsized their operation, making it possible to provide multi-tenant office space available in the 476,000 square foot building.
As a part of Tower City Center, MK Ferguson Plaza offers many tenant amenities including retail shopping & restaurants.
