  • Height: 189 Feet Made of steel and Fiber glass *1st floor is walkable as a "archway like" path that takes you between the Central Hub and Fantasyland. This archway has 5 murals in it that tell the Cinderella tale. *Above the "archway" is "Cinderella's Royal Table" which is a princess character breakfast/dinner. *Above "Cinderella's Royal Table" is the "Cinderella Castle Suite". This was originally planned to be a apartment for Walt Disney and his family (just like his apartment over the firestation in Disneyland in Cali) , but Walt Disney died before it could be built. With that empty space they used it for telephone operators. About a year before "The Year of a Million Dreams" the suite went under construction to be an apartment that a lucky family gets to stay in each night during the celebration. For gorgeous picture look on http://www.wdwmagic.com/yearofamilliondreams.htm and go to 26 January 2007. * Above the suite is the top of the castle where at least once a night Tinkerbell flies out of the castle to "The Noodle Station" just before the fireworks. * "Cinderella Castle can now be illuminated in 16 million colors, providing even more magic during "Fantasy in the Sky" fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. The castle's new computer-controlled light system creates visual excitement with 60 color changes synchronized to the evening's fireworks show. As the park closes, guests can view the ever-changing lights as they complete a loop of dramatic colors." <-- Source: wdwmagic.com *During Magic Kingdom's 25th anniversery the castle was repainted pink and had things added to it to make it become a cake. • the castle was inspired by the chateau d'usse at rigny-usse in france. the towers look exactly the same as cinderella's castle's towers.
  • you shouldve saw it last year at christmas
  • You should have seen it at the WDW 25th Anniversary. Covered in pink, to resemble cupcakes/birthday cake, complete with candles. UGH!
