  - rooms with and/or without CR - with CR = Php 5,000.00; without = Php 4,000.00 - Php 4,500.00 depending on the size of the room - with dorm-like common bath and confort rooms (separate cubicles for showers and toilet) - rental includes water supply - rental excludes electricity - optional to have aircon. if you don't have that's + Php 1,000.00 if you want them to provide you with one. - with security guard 24/7 (1 morning shift, 1 night shift) - NO curfew but 10:00pm curfew for visitors (no ID, no entry policy)
