This village is located in the Sudan, Kassala State, between the cities of New Halfa and Khashem al-Qirba, of the New Halfa agricultural project

This village was established with the New Halfa Project, as one of the main objectives of the Halfa Project was the settlement of nomadic Arabs
Origin of its inhabitants:
The inhabitants of this village are the vast majority from the Al-Bawadara tribe, the birthplace of its inhabitants is the Al-Hashayb area and separate parts of the lining, including the saddles of Mecca Mahmoud, Hababat Al-Mak, the trousers of material, the gentlemen, the heart, and the barrier (these names are named after the names of the ancestors of Al-Buadara or the areas where they met with enemies in past centuries)
Main resources: rain-fed agriculture, industrial irrigation, gears, gears, trade, etc.
Education in the region:
There is a basic school in the village, which is the first in the locality of Khashm al-Qirba and its countryside for 15 consecutive years, and the number of graduates in it is over fifty, including engineers, doctors, agricultural, graduates of development, education, sociology, psychology, economics, advocacy, languages, and others
