Povlja

Povlja is a small village on the shore of a beautiful bay near the eastern end on the island of Brac, Croatia. The town has about 300 inhabitants and is located in the administrative municipality Selca. The inhabitants are mainly engaged in tourism, fishing and olive growing. In the village there is the largest early Christian basilica from the 5-6 century on the island.
