  I have seen K.Kamaraj, C.Subramaniam, EVR Periyar, Rajaji, CN Annadurai, K.A.Thangavelu, Sivaji Ganesan, MGR etc. staying here in a very very simple way. No AC, no luxury in those days. One car followed by the security jeep used to be the convoy for the CM and the ministers in good old days, 1956-1952. But now?
