  • As of April 19, 2014. Attention barangay officials of Pundaquit. If the town doesn't do any proper planning and maintenance this place would only deteriorate. Suggestions: 1. Regulate boat fees. Our other friends were charged higher fees per person. 2. No dogs should be allowed (where do you think they would poo) 3. Regular cleaning of the beach and water (place some trash cans around and please dispose of them properly). Actually there are very few in the water I just don't want to see it getting more especially in the other coves. This should be also the case for the main beach (loading point of the bancas) nothing ruins a beach when you see trash floating around. Here trash is more than the other coves 4. Boat landings should not be allowed just anywhere. There are certain times of the days when the shore is packed with bancas there is just a small portion of water where children can swim (In between the bancas) 5. Proper maintenance of the toilets./ Shower Areas. 6. I assume the water is from a deep well. Conserve the freshwater. Don't let the level go lower the the sea level or sea water would seep into the source of the freshwater. 7. Change the life vests, they are too old already. Safety first. 8. Reduce the engine noise of the engines, my banca's (boat) engine was too loud my ears hurt after each boat ride.
