The Park Plaza Hotel Leeds (formerly known as Royal Exchange House) is a highrise building in Leeds, England. The building was constructed from 1965 to 1966 and was used originally as an office building until it was refurbished and reclad from 2002 to 2004 to become the 4-star 185 room Park Plaza Hotel. The refurbishment also involved the extensive enlargement of the lower podium block (the building's first 3 floors) so it can provide a number of leisure and restaurant amenities.

The building has a roof height of 77 metres (253 ft) and has 20 floors. It held the title of Leeds's tallest building from 1966 to 1973 when it was succeeded by West Riding House.

The hotel is particularly convenient for the Leeds City Station, being situated right opposite the station, overlooking the Queens Hotel. The Hotel is also well situated for the financial district of the City Centre and is situated right on the Leeds City Centre Loop. However, the immediate area does lack parking space, with most of that space available being used by patrons of the railway station.
