  • Sector-43 was allotted to a Central Government society named as "Kendriya Karmachari Griha Nirman Samiti". Now, there is a case which is running at Supreme court between NOIDA authority and the society. The piece of land comprising of 292 bighas in Sector-43 is subjudice. The original allotment happened in 1976 and is still ongoing.
  • Is there any update that when this dispute is going to solve? I even heard that there are high chances settlement outside court between Noida authority and Kendriya karamchari Society.

  • Noida authority brings new scheme for group housing in 126600 Sq mtr.... Now it seems to be impossible to make a result out of the dispute is going on between society and authority
  • As per info to me, there was a hearing in supreme court for this case. Am still looking forward to hear the results of same.
  • The court case is in advanced stage. There are possibilities that NOIDA authorities may sit with Kendriya Karmachari Griha Niram samity people and negotiate with them for allotment of land. In that case the balance piece of land if any, left will be allotted to some developer. Noida authotity wants to expedite as Builders are lobbying for the balance piece of land.
