The Monument to the Liberator Soldier is a large monument in Kharkiv to the Soviet troops, who liberated the city from German occupation in 1943.

It was opened in 1981.
Architects - Anatoly Maksimenko, E. Sviatchenko, Erik Cherkasov.
Sculptors - Yakiv Ryk and Igor Yastrebov.

The restoration of the monument was carried out in 2009.
