The Rgotsko (i.e. Rgotina's) Lake

A former mine of quartz silica, the lake is funnel like, deep, and bizarre, as it has no aquatic fauna or flora; even its immediate surroundings, i.e. the 1-2 metre around the water is covered in quartz that only the sturdiest plants can grow on. it is a little bit like being in a lake on the Moon.
