Edoor is a small village town in the District of Kannur, Kerala State, India. There is a big catholic church named St. Mary's, under the Diocese of Thalassery. It is a syro-malabar parish church.
St. Mary's High School is also situated close to the church, which is upgraded now to a Higher secondary school. Most people in the nearby villages receive education from this school, run by the catholic church management and taught by fine and committed teaches and sisters from the CMC convent nearby.

The people, food and enviornment are so fascinating...The rivers around Edoor and its nearby areas are so fabilous..just a few KM away from Iritty town, edoor is a beautiful place to live..
