The Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund is an important entity of the Abu Dhabi Government. The Fund was founded in 2000 to manage contributions, pensions and end-of-service benefits for UAE Nationals working in or retired from the Government, semi- Government and private sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and their beneficiaries.

The Fund’s Vision is to be one of the top five providers of retirement pensions and benefits services in the world. In striving for this goal, the Fund focuses on continuously improving its customer service. The Fund is proud to be guided by the wisdom and the spirit of the words of H.H. the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the father and founder of the United Arab Emirates, when he said: "Men, not money, are our real wealth."

Our mandate is set by Law No 2 of 2000 Apropos Civil Retirement Pensions and Benefits in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
