Buses from KL will stop at the two main stations. One at Wakaf Siku, for Transnasional company's buses and the other one at Jalan Hamzah for the buses of company of Budaya Express and Mutiara Express. Maybe my infos will not serve you perfectly, because I'm not the bus company's staff or the Kota Bharu bus station's staff, but since I do know English and run across your grouse, I feel obliged to explain as far as I know.
