Degla Gardens, a residential development in 6th of October City, is targeted for young, middle-income individuals and families.

The development's 5-storey buildings with 6,840 units - most with private gardens on the ground floor - will encompass 18 Acres when completed. On the remaining 85% of the 100-Acres land area will be a social club (8,738 square meter), retail and service facilities (36,356 square meter) a school (8,001 square meter), medical facilities and green areas. The project will be completed in four phases. Upon completion, Degla Gardens will provide 6,840 residential units.
