Used as a retreat for faculty, and other groups affiliated with BYU. Formerly the property of a member of the LDS ecclesiastical authority - rumored to have been donated after the authority returned from overseas, and considered the property to be 'excessive.' Now used for training, recreation.

Cool place for large gatherings. There is an indoor sport court, indoor playground, HUGE kitchen, plenty of couches and mingling space plus great outdoor space for soccer, frisbee, football, etc...
