Originally consisted of four apartment buildings built in the early 70s. They were converted to condos in the late 70s.

The development now has four additional condo building built in the 80s, along with several townhouses. The grounds contain two tennis courts, a garden, two ponds, a recreation building, and an outdoor pool.

The recreation building contains an indoor pool, an excercise room, two pool tables, a ping-pong table, a sauna, and a meeting room.
