A free short-term parking lot for cars waiting to pick up arriving passengers from International Airport, known as the "Cell Phone Lot". It shares space with the Carpool Parking lot. It is seldom used because of sufficient lighting and lack of security. Many cars picking up passengers park on the shoulder on the on-ramp until police come around and ask them to move.

Lot is also used to teach the PA DOT Motorcycle Safety class (notice the markings on the ground).
