There are two lagoons at the site, the smaller one is approximately 3000sq.m and the larger one is 19500sq.m. The large lagoon is used by Hove Lagoon Watersports for wind surfing and other water activities, while the small one is at present used for model boats. Planning permission has been given to turn the area to the south of the cafe into a skate park.
Facilities :
All the facilities are at the eastern end of the site and comprise of:
children's playground
paddling pool (open during the summer months)
a petanque terrain (boules)
café
public toilets next to the café.
Close by there is a nine hole pitch and putt course and several bowling greens.

  • Beautiful walks around the lagoon, and beautiful food at Heather Mills New Cafe, RYA sailing and Windsurfing courses bookable.
  • Agree it is fabulous around here, the best walk is between here and the King Alfred, Beautiful quiet beaches
