This park used to be part of the Jewish ghetto in 1941-1943. The cemetery was open in 1868-1946, closed in the 1970s, and demolished in the 1990s. Today, there are three memorial monuments on the site dedicated to the memory of victims brought here from Hamburg, Bremen, and Düsseldorf, and slaughtered together with local dwellers here.
