- Charter capital: Head of Vietnam Airlines Coporation makes up 51% and Airplane fixing Company A 41 holds 49%.
- Head office: No 6, Thang Long Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCM City.
2.Reasons of existence:
In recent years, together with global developments, Vietnam has (been taking) taken its steps further into integration with the (the glaobal economy) economic flows amongst different economic arenas (accession (member of)to the AFTA, APEC, WTO etc.) (forming part of)
(Together with)(development) Similar to all others (sectors), express cargo service (ECS) (to be on the move) has to meet the ever-higher customer’s ( increasing) demands, in terms of time, accuracy, information, (as well as many other concurrent services).
Moreover, Ho Chi Minh City has yet established an (separate) effective location (for this kind of service) to concentrate on fulfilling the needs of ECS companies, meanwhile TCS cargo terminal has begun showing signs of overload.
Facing the reality, the Vietnam Airlines Corporation and the Aircraft Maintenance Company (A41, under the Air Force – Vietnam’s Ministry of Defense) have formed a joint-venture (jointly) enterprise to establish a (sole) express cargo terminal for (serve) meeting the demands of logistics forwarding agents. Such terminal is to be named as: Tan Son Nhat Cargo Service & Forwarding CO.Ltd
