  Resort-style community with most houses having either water or golf-course access. A network of channels runs through the community allowing many houses to have docks.

  Small town feel. Not much of a community. Has a very yuppidity sense to it; avoid if you're not into that. A lot of older, retired people reside here. For some good eats though, stop by the Boardwalk Grill. Cheap, personable, and has a good American grill feel to it.
