There is a large McDonalds sign on the roof, looking way out of place against the desert mountains in the background. Many people working here speak Russian. The surrounding area is predominantly Jewish, and is very safe.

  • True that! Imagine looking at same mountains where Abraham, Sarah, and Lot walked, and suddenly seeing a McDonalds sign in the middle of them. At least the place is kosher.
