Benivka is a former village in Ukraine, 10 km from the Chornobyl nuclear power plant and 26 km from the former district centre - the city of Chornobyl, in Ivankiv district of Kyiv region, 6 km from the border with Belarus. It is located on the right bank of the Pripyat River.
Before the Chornobyl accident, the village was home to about 230 residents.
After the accident at the plant on 26 April 1986, the village was resettled due to severe contamination. It was officially removed from the register in 1999.
