TripPak SERVICES and MultiMedia are operating divisions of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. ("ACS") a publicly held enterprise with corporate headquarters located in Dallas, Texas and a world wide talent base of more than 55,000 employees. Established in 1989 as Truckload Management, Inc. ("TMI") the company was acquired February 2004. Now part of the ACS Commercial Services Group, the TripPak SERVICES™ operational facilities are co-located in Louisville, KY at the primary package sort center and air flight hub that is operated by our partners at UPS. Our administration, software development, customer support and information services teams are in Denver, Colorado with the sales, MultiMedia Advertising and specialty services organization in Brentwood, Tennessee.

TripPak SCANNING™ branded solutions are a part of our large menu of image capture services, which include scanning stations installed at more than 350 of America's full service truck stops. Our partners include TravelCenters of America, Petro Stopping Centers, WilcoHESS, RoadRanger, AMBEST truck stops, Sapp Brothers, Rip Griffins as well as numerous proud, independently owned travel centers, offering a consistent, cashier assisted, time-sensitive image processing service. Combined with the added controls and flexibility of a centralized, outsourced scanning solution, or together with scanning stations placed in their terminal, our fleets are able to provide drivers with the options they require and still enjoy cost effective choices.

The familiar yellow TripPak EXPRESS ® drop box service featured at more than 1500 truck stops, fleet terminals and distribution centers in North America provides low cost pick up and delivery for millions of trip envelopes each month. These original documents are sent to fleet processing centers, or they may be delivered as an image with verified indexes to any number of imaging systems; by a selection of methods and in a variety of formats. Once again, central to our approach, every TripPak® offering has its roots in our commitment to deliver the flexible business processing options required to satisfy the needs of any shipper, third party logistics provider and various broker partners of our fleet clients.

Since 1998, the TripPak ONLINE™ family of workflow and imaging solutions, developed specifically to be a competitive advantage for trucking companies, has provided a low cost, hosted application and data center solution. Users enjoy more accurate payroll and billing support tools, which immediately boost cash flow for fleets and drivers alike. Our solutions are used by many fleets who invested in a legacy imaging software platform, but who prefer a common sense approach with uncommon results.
