Anwal Khera also spelt as Anwalkheda is a village and Gram Panchayat in Khandauli Block Etmadpur Tehsil in Agra District of Uttar Pradesh. This village is situated on Agra-Jalesar Road about 16 km from Agra city.. This village is the birthplace of Gurudev Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya Ji and has become has become the pilgrimage place of this era. Even now the well dug by Gurudev and the neem tree planted by him are still existing reminding us Gurudev's memories.

Gurudev had established here in the memory of his mother the Mata Dankunvari Inter College. This college is producing since 1963 so many brilliant students, who became self reliant and achieved high positions in society. In 1979-80, Gurudev had established Gayatri Shaktipeeth here as well as started Inter College for girls. This institute has now become a very big college for women. In 1995, the first Purnahooti Samaroh was accomplished here in which about half a million people participated. On this occasion, the Prime Minister of India dedicated a pillar of monument at the birthplace of Gurudev to common people.

The Prime Minister also declared Aanwalkheda as an ideal village. In Anwalkheda, the public hospital named after Mata Bhagwati Devi is also established.
