  • I had a very bad experience importing a vehicle from other country although it's an old motorcycle it has a sentimental value but some people working in tha bureau of costums in NAIA are in badly needed of cash they will not sign the socuments and release the motorcycle until we give them lots of cash, this country is hopeless because of this kind of people, they are not ashamed to ask money,,, until this time the motorcycle is still in the warehouse ( district collector)where we need one last person to sign to release the motorcycle and again he is asking to give him money so his hands can be able to move and sign,, it seems that he is paralyzed and the only medicine is "money".
