Newport City is a 25-hectare mixed-use development by Megaworld. It is located in front of the country's newest airport, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal-3, and is near Makati City and Fort Bonifacio. The complex is accessible because of its proximity to EDSA, C5 (Circumferential Road-5), and the South Luzon Expressway.

Three hotels are planned for the complex; the 5-star Marriott Hotel which is now in its final stages of construction, the 6-star all-suite Maxim's Hotel which is also currently under construction and has already reached past the podium levels, and a yet unnamed deluxe 3-star hotel.

There will be a 20,000 sq.m. Sport, Leisure and Entertainment Complex. It also has a corporate block where companies could set-up offices. The first office building constructed in the corporate block is the Newport Corporate Center which has been completed recently.
