This is a unique monument, one of its kind in the country, situated at Bal Bharti Public School Jhansi, built by the founder of the school Mr. Abdul Rafique (a well known name in Bundelkhand region of U.P. for the work he has done in the field of communal harmony and national integration as the president of All India Qaumi Ekta Committee for which he was also nominated for the National Award for Communal Harmony given by the president of India). This monument is built in memory of the 21 Paramveer Chakra Winners of independant India, where name plates of all the 21 PVCs containing information related to their units, action of incident and year etc are fixed. PVC Capt Bana Singh from Jammu was himself present in its Innaugural Ceremony on 10 August 2008. A place of interest for the patriots.
