Monumental many-storied apartment house for Soviet generals Built in 1950-1957 by the architect Lev Vladimirovich Rudnev and I. Z. Chernyavsky. To build structure four buildings were taken down. Corners have tall towers. On the lower level a large archway is cut through the middle of the building and multiple large semicircular openings. There are ten sets of multiple level bay windows.
