The Philological School of Higher Education is a non-state college functioning on the basis of the The Education System Act of July 27, 2005. By the decision of the Minister of Education and Sport on March 14, 2002, the college was entered into the register of non-state higher education institutions under the number 94.

The Philological School of Higher Education (WSF) in Wrocław has as its mission to develop the students’ practical language skills on an academic level as well as equipping the graduate with broad interdisciplinary knowledge and practical skills, which will allow him or her to find an attractive job.

Our college is known for the care and attention it puts into the quality of teaching which is ensured by carefully selecting our academic faculty as well as upholding European standards of education. WSF uses a modern, interdisciplinary philological education program based on original programs of our professors and includes a perfectly coordinated system of lectures, seminars, tutorial and workshops, which will fully prepare students for work in the foreign language education industry, translations, tourism, business, media, editing, or social/cultural management.
