Anand Nagar Colony promted by Raj Kumar Advocate. All poor and low middle class people purchased the plots oninstalment basis. Now it is having some problem and Mr. Raj kumar only knows what is the position and request all to put some pressure on him to do needful and also the government should know that the lay out was made in the year of 1995 and now when the rates are going up they(the govrnment should not act as a broker/land graber and only punish the sellers and the responsible officials including the than sarpanch, MRO, the village assisatant/secretary.This governement is only interested in grabing the land and no welfare at all.

  • I suspect there is hand of politicians as well in this deal. The pity state of the affairs is governament ministers mingle with these petty people and grab the lands of poor and downtrodden. It is high time the people should realize the true intent of such ill-minded politicians. The should fully realize the potential of their voting powers before electing such nasty politicians. Although, this is switching the tracks of the discussion in question but the reason behind is still true. The case at hand is not just confined to this land. There are many other lands in Nadergul area that are lying in the same state. One way to solve the problem is to form a group and solve the problems. This can only happen when we function as a group. A small effort from everyone saves a lot. Think over it....
  • What is exactly the status of this Anand Nagar Colony? I am one of those unfortunate investors who has paid instalments and also got a sale deed done by this Raju Associates..Looks like the agency ie Raju Associates has gone into hiding.. Cant all we unfortunate investors unite to pin down this fraudulent agent?
  • I spoke to this agent on 8-Sep-08 and they say the High court has cleared tge case and directed the Saroornagar MRO to clear it off. I had no problem in contacting Raju Associates. Mr. Raj Kumar is no more with us - he died in 2002 i guess. His brother is handling the case. Plot# 895
  • My nephew visited his brother, currently incharge of Raju Associates activities. He said it seems the court case was in favor of land buyers and for those people who filed got cleared and they are asking others to pay Rs 25 per sq yard as the court fee for filing again based on earlier decision. what do you think? Is there any ligitimacy?

  • After telangana formed, I came to know the land prices became high. But Rajkumar is no more. And we donot know to whom we have to consult.Raj kumar's brother taken charge but their is no action on this issue. We should raise voice against this matter. It is our right to know about our plots.
