Three telescopes placed at the top of this seaside bluff facilitate the observation of migrating grey whales.
The three instruments are there for anyone, at any time, and you don't even have to put a coin into a meter slot to use them.

Just in front of the whale tail motif park bench, one finds a small bronze plaque.
