Traffic is heavy on State Route 39 between the City of Mansfield and the City of Shelby during the work week and on the weekends and even during the school week. Traffic is sometimes heavy on Plymouth-Springmill Road due to traffic comming from or to the Village of Plymouth and northern Richland County during the work week and on the weekends and during the school week.
