  Your Coordinates are wrong they end up in Manila area not Bacolod.

  10.620118 N,122.955487 E; Lat & Long are the exact co-ordinates to the gate of Mt. Carmel Village, Thanks. This may have been my mistake. So sorry if it is, but got the information from ether your or Google site info. page.
